PAR-PACT provides advanced Organic Waste Composter (OWC) solutions designed for efficient, hygienic and eco-friendly processing of wet waste into nutrient-rich compost — keeping organic waste out of landfills and bringing nutrients back to the soil.

Our advanced OWC range is available from 5 Kg/Day to 2000 Kg/Day, covering small residential societies all the way to municipal-scale waste management projects.

Each system combines a shredder, bio-culture dosing and a controlled mixing/curing process to deliver mature compost in a compact, low-maintenance footprint.

Our Fully Automatic In-Vessel OWC System is a compact, odour-free and highly efficient composting solution designed for fast processing of wet garbage in a fully enclosed stainless-steel chamber.

    Wet waste is first fed into the shredder.

    Sawdust and bio-culture are added during the shredding process.

  3. 03

    Material is automatically mixed using an in-built mixer inside the stainless steel (SS) tank.

    The machine maintains proper aeration and mixing for efficient decomposition.

    Compost is generated within a 10 – 12 day cycle.

    Includes a 12-day retention volume for continuous processing.

Semi-Automatic OWC with Curing System

Our Semi-Automatic Composting System is an economical and efficient solution for converting wet waste into organic compost through shredding, mixing and a natural curing process in trays.

    Wet garbage is shredded using an integrated shredder.

    Sawdust and bio-culture are mixed with the waste using an in-built mixer.

    Shredded material is then transferred and stored in curing crates/trays.
